WHY GIVE?
The giving of tithes and offerings is an act of worship where we set aside some of the resources that the Lord has entrusted to us and contribute them to the work of His Kingdom through our church. It’s also an expression of trust in Him, that He will continue to provide for us as we strive to be generous.
Giving Cash or Check

If you are giving cash or check, please deposit the gifts into the offering basket during service. If you would like to receive an offering receipt, please place cash in a sealed envelope with your full name and home address. Please include a short memo specifying the fund type.

Giving through your bank's online payment service or Zelle is now easier than ever. If your bank supports Zelle, you can send your donation to the church's Zelle account at:

GIVING FUNDS
General Fund
If you do not specify a particular purpose for your donation, it will be deposited into the General Fund, which is used for the various ministries and programs of our church, the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, staff salaries, equipment, and other general expenses. The funds in the general account can be transferred to other accounts if necessary.
Missions Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide assistance to missionaries and missions that are affiliated with LWEC. At present, LWEC is offering support to missionaries around the world, nationally and internationally.
Benevolence Fund
Our Benevolence Fund is dedicated to providing financial assistance to those in need. Recently, we were able to donate over ten thousand dollars to organizations in Turkey and Syria to support their earthquake relief efforts. This fund is available for individuals, organizations, and entities that have fallen on hard times and require immediate assistance.
Seminarian Fund
The Seminarian Fund serves as a vital resource in nurturing the future generation of LWEC leaders. LWEC endeavors to support dedicated individuals by providing scholarships to full-time students currently pursuing their studies in seminary school.
Building Fund
The Building Fund is dedicated to maintaining our current infrastructure and constructing new structures, including potential church plants. Your contributions support the expansion and upkeep of our church, fostering a thriving spiritual community.
