Pre-Marital Counseling is available by appointment.
Pastor Alex & Michelle Chu have been certified Pre-Marital / Marital Counselors with Life Innovations, Inc since 2006. They received their training through Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Pastor Alex received the Masters of Divinity and Michelle received the Masters in Counseling Ministries. Together their counseling style has a complimentary balance of psychology and theology.
The PREPARE / ENRICH program helps couples:
- Explore strength and growth areas
- Strengthen communication skills
- Identify and manage major stressors
- Resolve conflict using the Ten Step Model
- Develop a more balanced relationship
- Explore family of origin issues
- Discuss financial planning and budgeting
- Establish personal, couple and family goals
- Understand and appreciate personality differences

Following the completion of the PREPARE / ENRICH program, couples in the church may serve as Marriage Mentors. Please see Pastor Alex or Michelle for details.
